How Spotilog handles information — kept short on purpose.

What we collect

Guests can watch without an account. If you sign in, we store the username, display name, and email you provide. Uploads, likes, follows, and chat messages are tied to your account so they can be shown on profiles and in rooms.

Where it's stored

This demo build stores your session, library, uploads, and chat messages in your own browser's local storage only. Nothing is sent to a server. A production build would move this to a proper backend with access controls.

See the Cookies page for details on what little is used. No advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can log out at any time, which clears your session from this browser. You can ask for deletion of an account or clip by contacting contact@spotilog.local.

Children

Spotilog is not directed at children under 13. Don't upload content featuring minors without a guardian's permission.
